- One Double bedroom (overlooking the sea) with super king size bed with pocket sprung mattress. Window seat to enjoy the view. Electric hairdryer.
- One Twin room with zip-link beds to create either 2, 3 foot beds or a super king size double. Pocket sprung mattresses. Electric hairdryer.
- One Single room with 3 foot bed with pocket sprung mattress.
- Bathroom, refitted and refurbished in summer 2018: Bath with electric power shower over, wash hand basin, wc.
- Shower room: enclosed mains shower, wash hand basin, wc.
Outside
- Paved terrace with direct access to beach; table and 6 chairs; 2 sun loungers; benches; cushion box. Comfy fleece throws provided for cooler evenings. Please note that there is a public right of way from the beach over the terrace to the path beside the house. The only access to Beach Cottage is also across the terrace.
- Parking: One season ticket provided (300yds)
